My recipes focus on clean, simple foods; bold flavors; and an abundance of fresh vegetables. All are free of gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, and other inflammatory ingredients.
In addition to plant-based foods, my body craves the nourishment and groundedness of animal protein. Day to day, I often start with a vegetable recipe and add animal protein.
